packages. Cheese & fruit platters, chips, chicken nuggets and other light snacks can be arranged
separately. For more substantial food, external catering may be organised with prior approval —

- All function bookings include exclusive use of the entire venue.
- Beverage packages operate for three hours unless otherwise agreed.
- Weekday launch rates apply to eligible Sunday-to-Thursday bookings and are subject to availability.
- Package inclusions apply only to the selected event beverage menu.
- Premium wines, premium sake, premium spirits, shots and double pours are excluded unless quoted separately.
- Beverage service is subject to Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.
- Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated guests.
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed before the event.
- Minimum spends vary depending on the date, time and event requirements.
- A deposit is required to secure the booking.
- Public holidays, major event dates and late-night bookings may require a customised quotation.
